I'd just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible transformation that Ruggles Electric and the team from Home Installation Professionals engineered at my home.

You took us from a 1973 style home with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths to a modern home with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, along with a larger garage, walk in pantry, new mudroom, library, basement with walk out, large master bedroom, beautiful expanded kitchen with expanded counter tops and bar, a wet-bar, and of course the huge but cozy great room.

For most of the project, our family of 6 was reduced to a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home as the team upgraded something in almost every room of the house. With all the dust and disruption, I'd do it again to get results like these.

I really like all the little "extra's" we worked into the design, like motion/panic lighting around the house exterior and the electrical boxes in the eves for Christmas lighting tied to wall-timers in the garage.

In particular, Bob, I want to thank you for going the extra mile with me on numerous occasions on my low-voltage wiring project. You showed me how to run, color code, and label the ethernet, cable, telephone, audio speaker, and sensor wiring to my centralized media closet. Your teams worked around me and with me constantly as the overall project progressed. I ended up with 93 lines running into that closet...

I must say that no other contractor provided quite the level of hand-holding and service as you did Bob. You even came out on a weekend to help me punch a cable line through my foundation/exterior wall as I had no idea how to go about it.

My home's 200-amp service and panel/sub-panel configuration needed a lot of re-engineering, and we often had breakers blow in the past. The new panel is a thing of beauty. Thank you for providing me with dedicated circuits in critical places such as my work benches and computer areas.

Your team was talented and trustworthy, and offered real-time on-site solutions.

I'd absolutely recommend you and your team to my friends and family, and look forward to seeing you again from time to time as our home needs continue to expand.
